Silly remark. It's a nice society with good landscaping, open spaces and no security issues whatsoever... rest is up to you. Yes, it's not a swanky society and the prices are reasonable. What the hell, even DLF has quality issues.

its by far the safest colony in and around zirakpur and chandigarh area... and the one who's given the first comment is kindly requested to once go and visit some other costlier colonies that lack even the basic vehicular and pedestrian circulation spaces...security is perfect...what more do you expect at such resonable rates...

Got a house there..... trust me its the safest society I have seen so far... there is enough space to park a car in front of duplex house and in more is needed than you can use the side parking spots.....trust me its a lot better than having to separately buy a parking spot in lakhs...
